TuneIn radio can get the BBC World Service radio broadcast, as can just about any other radio app. TuneIn is my personal favorite and very inexpensive. Some people prefer Ootunes. I used to prefer WunderRadio but TuneIn has a much cleaner interface and so forth. Sounds great for ex-pats who can't access BBC television. The cost of the subscription is 6.50 Euros per months.
