I'm not sure exactly what you're talking about, but one possible fix may be this: I have seen an option on Amazon when ordering something to have Amazon text me status updates on when the package was shipped and when it was delivered. I have found these messages very helpful. I don't know where you would go to see this information off hand, other than by ordering something and electing to be notified by text. I signed up a few months ago and have been notified each time on the few things I have ordered since then.
