I think, on the triple click home podcast, but I am not sure, it was mentioned that, when in use, the 4s gets somewhat warmer, than does the earlier phones. A temperature of almost 120 Fahrenheit was mentioned. I know that heat is the enemy for batteries and computer equipment in general. So, does having a phone in a case or this juice pack not compound the heating problem? I would hate to know that I am shortening the life of my battery or phone. Thanks for any opinions.

Hi Kimber,

It's a great little pack. As has been said, it's a bit tricky to get your phone out of the pack once it's in, you have to expand the sides of the pack to spring the phone free.

There's a small switch on the bottom left-hand corner to turn the pack on or off, and you get about an 80 per cent charge from a totally discharged IPhone battery.

It also adds a more robust feel to the phone, increasing the thickness of the phone by the amound of the phone again.

With the phone in the pack it's about two phones thick if that makes sense.

Good luck,

JP

Thanks,
