I use Feeddler Pro and like it a lot. it synchronises with Google Reader, so I can read material with Feed Demon on my PC, move over to Feeddler Pro and not see the same articles. It can use the Instapaper Mobiliser, which gets rid of a lot of the unnecessary clutter on article pages, and it's fast! You can also grab material for offline reading, which I do when I'm flying.
