Here is a demo using the free System Access To Go Screen Reader with the
free CopyTrans Manager to manage your iPhone, iPod, or iPad
without iTunes.
No Scripts needed, it worked straight out of the box!

download the drivers

get the system access screen reader from

If theres anyone who can script NVDA or Jaws to read the text in the
list views, please give it a try.
If System Access can do it, I know Jaws and NVDA can too.
This is the best free program to manage iPhone iPod or iPad without
installing iTunes.
When first starting copytrans, a welcome screen appears, check the box
to dont show again and press escape.
