A while ago there was a post on the list about using automated response units. If the things you need to input are the same each time, you can do the following: In the phone number field put the phone number then a semicolon, then the next set of numbers... And continue this . I used it for my bank where I need the phone number, account number, social security number. The phone prompts me each time the next set of numbers is needed.
