Thanks for the suggestions. I got an answer from someone on Twitter,
and in case others were wondering the same, here's what I found. If
you double tap on the name of the relay, or I assume the name of the
group (assuming you have been approved to join the group), then the
messages will start playing. There after, messages automatically play
when people post them to the group, as long as you are in the HeyTell
app. I'm not exactly sure what a public relay is either, other than
being a central group that people can join so they can post updates or
follow the group's activities during an event. I've heard that as of
tonight, there are over 100 people part of the group already, and the
convention doesn't really get tgoing till Saturday. Looks like this
could get quite busy. There doesn't seem to be a way to skip through
messages, so I guess once you're in Heytell, then you have to listen
to all messages, or perhaps you only hear a select few. Either way, it
seems like a great way to stay up to date on what's going on with a
group, or to follow the group's happenings if you can't be there live.

In case anyone is interested, go to the following link if you are
going to the convention or want to follow from afar:

Have fun,
Wayne
