No, the way you obtained your UDID activation is extremely illegal, or should be if it's not. Also, as people have said, you can't give feedback unless you're a registered apple developer. Not to mention, disclosing any information about iOS 6 before it's released to the public is a violation of apples Non-disclosure agreement.
