I used Absinthe from my PC, and it was totally accessible. I think I just used NVDA, but the interface is so simple, I can't imagine it wouldn't work with any screen reader.
Note that I tried to install the Linux version, but I couldn't get it to install. I didn't spend much time on it, since I had a Windows version that I knew worked and I could just run in a virtual machine.
