Stephanie, the phone seems to always add one extra page beyond ones on which I have apps. For instance, when I started moving apps I don't use to page 3, page 4 was created. When I put an app on page 4, page 5 popped up. I then either deleted or moved the apps on page 4 back to 3; page 5 then disappeared. You cannot delete the apps that your phone came with, such as Compass or Calculator; you can only delete ones you have added. I think you can have up to 11 or 12 home screens. HTH
