The first part of that program began at the beginning of this month. However it will be limited for the time to several of the bigger metro areas.

Of course this is assuming the FCC and others come together. :) And for our non-U.S. members the FCC is the Federal Communications COmmission which is responsible for all things telecom. I used Imap radio in the past and it also was subject to delays as well. In fact I happen to have the radio on and received over-the-air notifications more quickly than from Imap radio.
