Plug in a headphone and see if audio is being rerouted to your headphone.

If so, you need to deactivate the speaker phone option.

If not, it may be no one is talking.  There are a few times when I've run
zello, and though people show as logged into a channel, no conversations are
going on.

online but I am not able to hear any conversations.  What settings should I
