Subject: Re: Can I use my old phone as a music player?

Andrew, I have no clue. When I got my 5s they deactivated my iPhone 4.
Nobody said anything about any card. I can connect my iPhone 4 to my home
WI-FI network. From there I can update apps and such. I can download
content from NLS bard. I just can't use it as a phone. My guess would be
the card would probably still be in place. As long as it's doing what I
want it to do, I don't care if it has a card or not. It's now not an iPhone
and acts like an iPod. That's all I can tell you. Sorry I can't add more.

Regards,
Alan

There, you'll find free files of my arrangements and performances played on

The albums in Technics format formerly on my website are still
available upon request. Thanks for listening!

I'm just wondering, following this thread, whether I could use an old iphone
without the SIM card and treat it as ipod touch? Would I have all its
wireless capabilities without the SIM card?
