Like others have said Ricky, we have no way of knowing exactly when an IOS update will be released since Apple, as is true with most companies, doesn't announce when updates will be made available. It isn't hard to figure out from the news on the web though that we should see something soon. Although no one can answer your question for certain, it's still a legitimate question, and you shouldn't be put off by those who will tell you it's frivolous instead of just hitting the delete key and letting someone else provide a more constructive response.

Well I do know it's been pushed to developers for testing. I don't think
we have too long to wait, but we shouldn't rush apple either. We all
remember iOS 8.0.
