Have you cleared the app switcher and performed a hard reset of your phone, by holding down the Home and Lock buttons at the same time? Have you changed iPhone cases just before the problem started? Do you have zoom turned on? Settings, General, Accessibility to check if zoom has been turned on. If you have checked these, I'm out of ideas.
