Unfortunately the only app that will let you access Blackboard on your phone is Mobile Learn. That's pretty intentional, if I remember correctly, and even sighted folks say for the best experience, use an actual computer. I personally don't use that app for anything beyond notifications, since in most cases things I need to be aware of come in before I have an opportunity to sit down and have a look.
