Hi,
I wouldn’t go as far as to say that the Fleksy keyboard is inaccessible, and 
for this i probably will be flamed. Have you allowed the keyboard full access 
by going to settings/general/keyboard hitting the button that says how many 
keyboards there are and then searched for ”fleksy multiple languages” and by 
double tapping there you get a dialog that tells you if full access is on or 
not. If it’s on, turn it off and then back on again.
In the fleksy app itself, you’ll have to see that the sounds are on and that 
voice feedback also is turned on.
This is what i’ve found works for me.
