Vipre is a computer security program for Viruses, spyware, malware etc. not a phone service like Skype. But use Vipre for all my computers and it's fully accessible or accessible enough to be able to use it within screen readers. Would highly recommend it and you also can subscribe for life time where doesn't ever expire on you or have to renew any subscription.
