Please consider my AutoRingtone Ringtone Director app. There are several different free versions, with a subset of the voices. just search for ringtone director or autoringtone. It is voiceover friendly, and whatever you type is spoken in over fifty voices. I also have a version with President Bush or Obama's voices! Think of that tonight as you listen to the State of the Union speech. Wouldn't it be cool to put your words in the mouth of the President and have it turned into a talking ringtone? You can also have the custom message preceded by 200 different sound effects to 'get your attention'.
