Well, I'm showing both Steps and Walking Distance on the Health Dashboard but they both say no data. I usually have my iPhone 5 in my pocket listening to BARD books with the screen locked while I walk. I suspect the phone must be on and active for the Health Pedometer to track anything but when I tried this walking around the house, I still get no steps shown.
Can someone confirm if the phone must be unlocked for the Steps app to track? Also, are there any accessible pedometer apps that work while the phone is locked? Thanks.
