Hello Dulce, Have you attempted to restart your phone by powering down and turning it back on? I would also attempt to turn cellular data off and on through settings/cellular. If this still doesn't remedy your problem, I would call your carrier. I actually had a similar issue last week on an iPhone5s and ended up converting my cellular voice mail to Google Voice. That may be something to explore if you are still experiencing problems and you are in the US.
