A lot of their stuff relies on pictures.
-----Original Message----- From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Steve Matzura Sent: Friday, February 06, 2015 3:13 PM To: VIPhone Subject: FitBrains not accessible to VoiceOver users I discovered the FitBrains app last night while on a teleconference with other iOS device users. If you haven't seen TV ads for it, it purports to be a "brain-training system" built around games, so I thought, why not, let's improve the old noggin and see what it's all about. One of our group tried it and found it inaccessible once the registration process is completed. So, I opened a support ticket with Rosetta Stone, the makers of the app. In the detailed information they asked for, I also mentioned that none of their products are accessible to screenreader users on any platform on which those products run, which is mostly Windows. No boo-hooing about how companies aren't interested in accessibility, etc. You never know unless and until you ask, which I did. Let's see what happens.
