I changed the subject to reflect more of what I am talking about.  Apple 
Accessibility has been very great indeed.  I have had hem help me install both 
Adobe Flash and Adobe Reader.  I have asked them a few other questions but they 
for the most part are great people.  I ran in to one named Paul I wasn’t too 
thrilled with but that’s it.
