Others already explained what these apps do. The thing is that if you haven’t 
had a need for fancy word processing, doing spreadsheets or presentations on 
your iPhone you really don’t need them. In any case, Pages is accessible, but 
not really all the way accessible. I doubt you would use iMovie and I don’t 
even know if it can be used to its full potential with Voiceover just because 
the nature of video editing is visual. Also keep in mind that all 4 apps take 
up probably a Gig and a half or more of space. I believe iMovie alone is 
between 600 and 700 Mb and the other 3 are all at least a couple of hundred Mb. 
As I said, unless you have a specific need to use them I would just delete 
them. Unlike other stock apps like Tips, Stocks, Weather and so on, these apps 
can be deleted and you can always download any one of them again if you find 
you need it.
