iTunes works fine until I try to update iTunes match. Then after about 3 minutes I get a error message stating that there is a problem with iTunes and it has to close. Also, I have been trying to add tones and it goes through the process and I learned that nothing synched. I did a diagnostic and everything passed. **** If we can't look at ourselves, and ask, why? then where does the learning start?
