Take your second and third fingers of your right hand and hold them 
together, move in a straight line from left to right,
then take these two fingers and go down in a diagonal motion from right to 
left and then after you make this diagonal motion and are back again on the 
right side,
go again with these two fingers in a straight line from left to right.
You are making the letter z. Practice this slowly in three separate 
movements until you feel confident to make these motions in
a continuous fashion.  You can practice this in the Voiceover Practice 
section in the Accessibility part of your device.
