The question was about turning Siri on and not VoiceOver, so unless the
person didn't ask the right question, I'm not sure this will help.

Yes there is an easy way.. Press and hold the home button down and when you
hear the double tone, say turn voice over on..

Hi All,
I'm trying to help a friend who is a new iPhone user setup her iPhone. We are
corresponding by email.
Can someone refresh my memory; when a person has a new out of the box iPhone,
is Seri already turned on? If not, is there an easy to turn Seri on without
having to first go into settings.
Hoping to be able to make things easy for me and my friend before frustration
takes over.
Thanks in advance.
