Hello, everyone.

Whenever I want to copy photos from my iPhone 5 to my Windows 7
machine, I plug in my iPhone, select "Computer," navigate to my
iPhone, and right-click to use the option to copy photos. The
pictures not yet copied to the computer end up in "My Pictures" with a
default filename corresponding to the date I initiated the copy
process. However, I know there's a way to copy pictures without
right-clicking. I should be able to plug the iPhone into the Windows
computer and locate the folder in which pictures reside. As many of
you know, the photos folder is one of the few places readable by
Windows 7. At any rate, I can locate the folder with its cryptic
name, but all the files in it display a value of 0 bytes, which, of
course, is not true. This oddity makes copying impossible using this
method. Can anyone imagine what is going on here?

Thank you for all help.

Craig
