I have the LG HBS730 Bluetooth earphones. I got them from amazon for somewhere around $64.95, I think. They come with a charger that is a standard micro usb plug. The battery recharges pretty fast and you get around ten hours of use on a single charge. This model also has TTS to tell you the level of the battery charge and whether the earphones are connected to your phone when you turn them on.
I use this headset for the same thing you do when walking and listening to blind square and it works well for me. I hope this helps. Oh, and one more point, there is a newer model (the hbs800) but the reviews seemed to indicate that the sound quality was superior with the 730, so that is the model I went with.
