The slower the wow, the more in tune you are. If there is no wow, you are in perfect tune. This is what your ear can tell you. I don't think I need clicking sounds to complicate this.

That would be so much simpler to produce and put us back to the old way of trusting our own resources more. I'm sure that can be done a lot quicker. Those with a good ear can do this without additional tools at all. I can't and haven't got that. I have no idea if he's thinking of incporporating this into Talking Tuner, or developing a separate app. Personally, I think it would be fine as a new feature for Talking Tuner, since that app is already very simple. He's more interested in this idea than say, a tone generator, since there are already lots of tone generating apps out there.
