Hi, I believe I read somewhere that only the first 100,000 people that signed up for the beta testing program when it first launched before the 10.10 beta would be allowed to register for the iOS beta. I could be wrong though. I so far can't enroll my iPhone either. So it looks like that may be the case, since we're probably not one of the first 100,000 people to sign up for the program.
