It's a VoiceOver related bug in the latest update to FB Messenger. I am
getting this too but only on FB Messenger.

So don't know what is causing that or why it is as doesn't show up on the
other persons end when they receive the message.
This happens either if double tap on the IPad screen itself or use my
Bluetooth keyboard.
