If you want true accessibility, it doesn't get any better than the Apple TV.
I've never tried the Roqu, but have heard from others that the IOS app isn't accessible. Perhaps someone with real Roqu experience will chime in. Also, keep in mind that the price for the Apple TV was lowered to $69 from $99. It's speculated that there may be a new Apple TV announced at the June Apple event. This seems to be a rumor for every event, but this time I'm thinking it might be true because of the recent price drop.
