Hi, Two-finger double-tap works for me when stopping a track.
I also wanted to mention that if you like thunderstorms, NatureSpace has a second app called Thundergod that includes several great recordings. If you have the main NatureSpace app and you buy Thundergod, you get access to all the Thundergod thunderstorm recordings in NatureSpace. You can then delete Thundergod if you like, and still hear all the tracks from within NatureSpace. So it’s a cheaper way to get this collection of tracks then buying them within NatureSpace.
