The NLS Music Services Unit has several books on braille music, but I suspect they’re all in contracted braille. You can actually talk to people at the Music Services Division, if I recall, the number is (800) 424-8567, but it can be verified via the http://www.loc.gov/nls site. To keep this on topic, if you do find a braille resource that is useful, you can read it through the BARD app using a braille display.
