Hi Anna, The problem is that when the iCloud sign in dialog box comes up it only has a place to enter the password.
The old Apple ID and email are shown, but there is no place to enter the new Apple ID an email address. I have tried using the old password and also the new password, but nothing works. What I can not find is a place to enter the new Apple ID and email address. As I said before, this is shown correctly in the Apple ID. I can’t find any way to put in the new information for iCloud. It won’t let me do anything in Settings because it wants me to sign in first. I’m stuck in a loop.
