Hi, Your web page says the following. Handy Recorder app by Zoom leaves a lot to be desired. While the monitoring is helpful for setting the gain just about everything else is not accessible. I was able to record but unable to then export the recording in any way. If you use this mic I recommend using an app like Bossjock
I'm not sure what trouble you had exporting. I just sent a file to my email client with no trouble what so ever.
