no there is no option for this under speach for hindi. Just try this add hindi to your rotor and then go to speach under accessibility and go to rotor voices there you will find that in front of hindi which you have selected there is a more info button hit enter and you will get the option for voice quality just download the high premium. hope this will works for you .
