I want to use the VPNOneClick client to access some blocked communication apps like Viper and line in my area. My question is: Should the VPN client only be used when my iPhone is connected to the internet through its own 3G or even when it access the net wirelessly via a router? Your help with this issue is highly required and appreciated.
