Hello Everyone,

Here is a new tip that is sweeping the web.

In short, following the tip below will configure your iOS device to
automatically send its current location to the Find My iPhone servers, just
before it shuts-down due to a critically low battery.

Tip: How to Use Find My iPhone When Your iPhone/iPad Battery is Dead

This brief tutorial will show you how to enable the feature that sends your
location to the Find My iPhone service right before the battery on your
iPhone or iPad dies.

Note:
This tutorial assumes that you have set up Find My iPhone on your iOS
device.

1.
Tap the Settings icon on your iPhone/iPad.

2.
Select iCloud.

3.
Tap the Find My iPhone button.

4.
Toggle Send Last Location to ON.

That's all there is to it. Now each time before your iPhone or iPad powers
off due to low power, it's location will be sent to the Find My iPhone
servers first - so you'll know it's last known location at the time of the
shut-down.
