I have set mine to “Immediately” and interestingly enough when I double tap on this where usually I get the options for 1 minute, 2 minutes and so on, “Immediately” is the only choice on my 5S. Not sure why this is, but right now I haven’t found anywhere else where I could change this. Go into Settings -> Passcode and see what the require passcode option is set to. Mine is set to after one minute.
