I do find that there is a bit of a lag between making changes to a Pages document on one device and these changes coming through on another device. Sometimes a Pages document sits and sits in my Pages app with the top right corner folded back (indicating that it is updating itself into iCloud) and only seems to complete when I close the Pages app and dismiss it from the app switcher.
