Several years ago I got one called Aid Colors, which I think may cost a buck or two but I don't recall for sure. I don't know if it works on current iOS since I haven't had to use it in a long time. I first got it when iOS 6 or 5 was out, to give perspective. Aid Colors, in my humble opinion, gave the clearest color descriptions, such as light red, dark green, and so forth.
