I promised Mary I would delete and reinstall the Amazon Echo app to see if there was any difference but unfortunately not. The app remains almost totally unusable. This is unfortunate since the app is necessary if you want to be able to configure your Echo and provide account info for various services. I've emailed accessibility-feedb...@amazon.com with no response. I've also started tweeting this issue using #AmazonEcho hashtag and suggest others do the same. The #AmazonEcho hashtag is supposedly monitored by the Echo team so let's see if we get any sort of response.
