Wow! This is disappointing. I haven’t used the app for a while. I just went in to look around, & no news providers pop up for Seattle. I have a feeling it is a subscription based service now. Under settings, I saw something about a local news provider with the word pro beside it.
Oh well, I’ll delete this one. Lately, the best way to get local mobile news for me is via a twitter list or via rss. If you are a Twitter user, search for one of your local news providers, then see if they are on a list. In my area, there are several lists that gather local content in one easy to follow group.
