Ok, either I am doing something incredibly wrong or something is incredibly broken on one of my devices. I use a braille sense on hand with an IPhone 5 running 8.3. I attempt to use the rotor to do do such things as close things in the app switcher, and it just won't move. Rotor won't change in any environment. I have powered down both the phone and braille sense, and I am still having this issue. Can anyone advise?
