I have just registered with Be My Eyes and have tried using the app for the first time. Having allowed the app to use both my microphone and camera I made a connection to the first available helper. I wanted them to read some cooking instructions for me that were on a ready meal and unfortunately although they could just about see the packaging when the first connection was made the screen went black and they could se nothing through the camera. I disconnected and tried again but exactly the same thing happened. Can anyone who uses this app please advise what the problem might be?
