Thanks for that. I do see it at their problem. I would love to get rid of my landline here. I'm locked into a contract with this provider.

I could understand it if I was in a rural location, but that isn't the case.

I had horrible cell reception for months, particularly in the room where I do most of my work, but it turned out that this was because they were upgrading from 3G to LTE in our area.
