I don't know of a toll-free tech support number for Bookshare.  If you don't 
mind the long-distance call, try

650-644-3433

Their main tech support rep is an old buddy of mine from way back.  Give him a 
shout and I'm sure he'll help you resolve the issue.

correctly, including the correct case; it's working in BookShare. It's just not

  Your user name should be your email address. Be sure you are using the 
correct email address.
  Also, the email and password are case sensitive. They must be exactly the 
same as at Book share.

  If it continues to give you problems, go to the Book share web site and click 
on forgot password.
  Enter your email address and it will instruct you on how to reset your 
password.
