I believe only the 64 bit phones and iPads can use it. Personally, I downloaded and installed it on both my iPhone 5s and my iPad Air and he’s ok but a bit jerky sounding so I switched back to the female voice I was using. I never did figure out why I would need breath sounds in a voice. Oh well!
